    I was very pleased with how quickly my order was delivered. This was my first time ordering from here, but will not be my last. My husband has a name that could also be a female name so he ended up with a pink ballon and a purple stuffed unicorn, but that is my fault for not clarifying.     I was extremely disappointed in how small the arrangement was in comparison to the price. My total was right at $100 and the arrangement was small. I also ordered the flowers to be delivered to the church and they were delivered to the funeral home. The family did not want the funeral home involved in that part of the service.

    Hi Angela, Your Flowers were $87.95 and just like gas and groceries, flowers have gone up. We delivered a quality product for the memorial and we understand where you are coming from. We coordinate with venues, churches and funeral homes and they usually have the last word on where and when we deliver sympathy flowers. On a home delivery, we are at the mercy of someone coming to the door, answer the phone or text message and respond to the driver. We appreciate your feedback.

    I had ordered the chocolate lovers for my daughter and she got something very different from the picture. Truffles and hot chocolate and pretzel things. It the candy bars that I thought she would get.     I ordered a funeral flower. I was very disappointed. I asked the order taker if they had the flowers presented. I selected and was assured they did. I sized up and asked for more greenery. It did nothave as many flowers as in the image,but they added the hideous gladiolus flower I hate. The arrangement was sparse and did not have but one of the flowers in the original arrangement displayed online. If you do not have the same flowers, then you should not show it as an option on your website. I wish you allowed option to,upload images so I can show you what was purchased and what was sent.

    A friend of mine wast in the hospital and rehab for an extended time after her surgery. No friends or family could visit and was very depressed being alone. I wanted to do something to cheer her up. Expressions flowers delivery was fast and prices were very reasonable. They kept me updated on every step so I knew she would receive them quickly.     I'm concerned that we did not exceed your expectations. the vase you chose was a pretty compact design, and the pink rose that we used for your order is an antique Geraldine rose which has a green ruffle guard petal that sometimes we have heard that about.     I ordered the 'Have a Very Happy Bouquet' for a member at my church who was in the hospital. The delivery person called me and told me that our church member was just discharged from the hospital. The delivery person was very patient with me when I gave her an alternate address to deliver the flowers. I appreciate good customer service like this. The delivery person went above and beyond to make sure the bouquet of flowers were delivered. Thank you!!

    Most shops charge a much higher service fee, some charge 14.99 or more as a service fee for hosting and credit card clearing. Our website is hosted by a company that receives that fee, we do not. Please let your husband know if he calls the store directly, there is no service fee. Also if he uses the website and puts in discount code "thanks" it will credit the $4.99 service fee on your order. The only other fee I see is local and state tax....
